IBM Client Center is a space of meeting and
conference rooms where customers, business partners
and IBMers can collaborate to understand how IBM’s
expertise can help their business.
IBM Client Center therefore wants to easily guide
visitors through the 1,700 m2 space.
— DESIGN PROCESS
The core of this project was the development of
Watson Assistant, which makes it easy to find a path
thanks to “Speech to Text ».
In order to identify the critical points, we have
observed the "current” customer journey in the IBM
Client Center.
This information allowed us to quickly prototype a first
version of the interface with Adobe XD and then we
finalized the VIU Design based on IBM’s system design.
